Investment in a real estate fund with a value of €250 000 or

One attractive option for securing a residence permit involves making an investment of €250,000 in a Hungarian real estate fund. These funds, under the oversight of the Hungarian National Bank, benefit from expert management and are offering the potential for annual dividend payouts where feasible. After a minimum holding period of five years, you have the option to sell your fund units.

Please note, we do not represent a fund. Therefore, your investment will be made directly into the fund, bypassing us entirely.

Proof of Ability to Support the Family

There is no obligation to relocate to Hungary, although holders of the Hungarian Golden Visa may do so at any time. For this reason, the authorities require evidence that you would be able to support your family in Hungary. For wealthy applicants, no ongoing income is required, as living expenses can be covered from existing assets.
