Hungarian Golden Visa application is open now.

At the end of October 2024, a first real estate fund manager received approval to accept funds from Golden Visa investors.

This fund manager was a new company with no track record at all, and was primarily in Chinese hands. The processing fees demanded reflected the fact that this provider operated as a monopolist until February 2025. We decided not to offer our clients their product.

Just under two weeks ago, a long-standing and experienced fund manager, under Hungarian ownership, became the second provider to receive approval.

The conditions continue to leave something to be desired, but they are significantly better than those of the previous monopolist.

Therefore, we have decided to offer our services for obtaining Hungarian Golden Visas with immediate effect.
