Here you have the details
01
Investment in a real estate fund with a value of at least € 250 000 or
One attractive option for securing a residence permit involves making an investment of €250,000 in a Hungarian real estate fund. These funds, under the oversight of the Hungarian National Bank, benefit from expert management and are offering the potential for annual dividend payouts where feasible. After a minimum holding period of five years, you have the option to sell your fund units.
Please note, we do not represent a fund. Therefore, your investment will be made directly into the fund, bypassing us entirely.
02
Purchase of a residential property worth at least € 500,000
Another pathway to secure a residence permit involves a €500,000 investment in any residential property within Hungary of your choosing. Our team is here to assist in the selection and management of an ideal property, should you need our support. This property is yours to use as you see fit, including the option to rent it out if desired.
Please note, our role does not extend to property ownership. Hence, your investment will be directly made to the property's seller, not to us.
03
Valid passport for you and the beneficiary family members
Investors are eligible for a residence permit, a privilege that extends to all immediate family members. We encourage you to reach out to us with details of your family situation to explore the surprisingly broad eligibility criteria. While all applicants must possess valid passports, personal presence in Hungary is optional, not mandatory.
04
There is no Hungarian entry and exit ban against you
To invest in Hungary, you'll be granted a "guest investor visa." This visa process includes a verification step to confirm that you are not on any Hungarian blacklist. It's crucial to maintain a clear status throughout the entire process, as being listed could result in the denial or revocation of your residence permit.
05
No European "SIS alert" against you
To invest in Hungary, you'll be granted a "guest investor visa". During the visa application process, it's required to verify that your name does not appear on the European "SIS" (Schengen Information System) blacklist. Maintaining a clear status from this list is essential throughout the entire procedure to ensure your residence permit is not jeopardized.
